He is joined by Dr. Mark Wells, a molecular biologist with EcoNexus in the UK, and Karen Wristen, ED of Living Oceans Society and Hugh Benevides, a lawyer advising Nature Canada on the reform of the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999 (CEPA).
